Mind/Body Skills Groups are for anyone interested in enhancing their health and well being. A variety of techniques will be taught in a small group setting, guaranteeing personalized attention. Dr. Evans, Monique Class, and Tullia Kidde are the facilitators for the mind/ body groups. Each group consists of 10 two hour sessions.
